We spent the weekend in Alpena for this wedding, located on the northeast side of the state. The wedding venue is a bit of a secret, hidden at the end of a dirt road, called Agape on the Bay (A large, pale yellow and awfully cozy home fully equipped for wedding ceremonies and receptions.) It may not be very well known, but it is absolutely charming! Guests road in on a horse drawn carriage and the ceremony was directly overlooking the bay. Jamie's bouquet was gorgeous! Filled with bright colored orchids, purple roses and peacock feathers matching the boutonnières. The centerpieces were simple bowls of green apples that matched the wedding colors.
